Refund and Return Policy

1. Made-to-order products

Most of the products offered by GALEMID SRL I am custom metal structures or made according to the customer's specific requirements.
In accordance with the legislation in force (GEO 34/2014, art. 16 lit. c), these products cannot be returned, because they are executed according to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized.

2. Standard or in-stock products

For the products standardized or in stock, which do not require personalization or custom execution, the customer may request a return within 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, under the following conditions:

• the product has not been used, assembled, or damaged;
• the product is returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all delivered accessories and documents;
• The return shipping cost is borne by the customer;
• reimbursement is made within 14 business days from the receipt of the returned product.

3. Defective or wrongly delivered products

If the received product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the placed order, GALEMID SRL It will fully cover the return costs and will replace or refund the product, as the case may be.

The client is obliged to notify the problem in writing, at the address office@galemid.ro, within 48 hours from the front desk, accompanying the complaint with photographs and a clear description.

4. Return procedure

To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to office@galemid.ro with the title „Return Request”;
2. Include: your name, order number, reason for return, photos (if applicable);
3. You will receive a response with the return instructions within a maximum of 2 working days;
4. Upon receipt of the product, we will communicate our decision regarding the return acceptance and refund.
